**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to Manage, supervise the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital (RBWH), Building Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) trade staff and operations, and allocate resources with the objective of ensuring the provision of effective and efficient section services

About you

Comprehensive experience in and an extensive knowledge of the desired level of trade skills within work environments similar to that found in Health Facility engineering maintenance and installation service organisation.
Proven ability to supervise trade staff, prioritise works, accomplish project time frames and make responsible recommendations, while fostering an efficient team.
Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively both verbal and in writing with staff from all levels of various organisations
