- Manage non-financial performance input for the Service Delivery Statements on an annual basis.
- Work with the TIQ Executive on the development and/or review of the strategic plan and annual organisation operational/business plan to ensure objectives are aligned.
- Manage and coordinate the organisation's annual Estimates processes with the inclusion of cross-agency collaboration to ensure all of the relevant documentation is captured and prepared.
- Oversee organisational reporting, including client survey design, the analysis of TIQ's performance using Salesforce (CRM) and CAMMS; and the interpretation of results and trends presented through the business intelligence software (Power-BI).
- Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of performance measurement, analysis and reporting frameworks/strategies, including providing advice and performance information to be included in the annual report.
- Undertake a range of activities to identify significant emerging issues/opportunities impacting on Queensland's trade and investment performance, the competitiveness of Queensland businesses and assist in developing operational policy, strategies, and other initiatives to respond.
- Lead the team on the provision of timely advice to the TIQ Executive, Board or relevant Minister, including the analysis of major existing and emerging issues and provide recommendations to support TIQ's trade and investment flagship projects including strategic objectives and targets.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across TIQ business units, the host agency, and other state/federal government stakeholders to implement TIQ's performance management/compliance framework or respond to other policy/reporting requirements.
- Maintain a data library as the basis for development of strategic documents to support trade and investment attraction.
- Identify and implement business improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of the team and instil a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide accurate and up to date data for key external material prepared by the wider team including the annual report, parliamentary statements and media releases.
