Prebuilt is an established leader in delivering environmentally sustainable commercial and residential prefabricated modular buildings across Australia. Prebuilt operates under a certified health & safety, environment and quality management system (HSEQ-IMS).

Reporting to the CEO & IMS Manager, this is one of those rare roles which can change the future direction of your career. You will be responsible for:

- the co-ordination of the full remit of the employee life cycle experience
- managing the touchpoints of our people along the way
- ensuring our team members have adequate OHS training
- undertake inspections of the workplace as well as HSEQ audits to check compliance
- ensuring equipment is tested regularly and safe to use
- write procedures and implement training to ensure compliance with our management system
- updating documentation and ensuring ISO compliance, to reflect changes in legislation, work practices and company policies is maintained
- maintaining our Integrated Management System,

The key competencies to succeed in this role include:

- 3-4 years OHS experience, preferably within a Construction environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Auditor certificates preferable for:

- ISO 4001 Environmental Management System
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- ISO45001 Woklpace Health and Safety Mangement System
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, be innovative, inspire others and build trust
- Great attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, and a desire to continuously achieve
- The ability to manage competing demands, demonstrate fairness by treating people with dignity and respect and taking a balanced view of circumstances
- Strong administration and computer literacy skills
- You will also need a current Driver's Licence as you will need to go on site from time to time, whilst a White Card would be highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
