**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Melbourne Office Manager, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, providing high level project administrative assistance to engineers and project management staff across a variety of exciting projects. This includes task such as formatting documents, project invoicing, procurement activities utilising KBR systems such as SAP and OnBase, organising meetings, minute taking, travel bookings and a variety of other support tasks depending on project scope and stage.

Generally, you will work independently with mínimal guidance while also contributing to the collaborative culture of the administration team who value teamwork and inclusivity. As a part of the team, you will share some of the reception duties, covering the front desk on a rotating or as required basis.

In addition to the coordination of a variety of admin functions, you’ll be monitoring staff administration requirements and managing important KBR project processes and systems.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience providing high level administrative support to major infrastructure and construction projects or similar
- Understanding of how a project administration team operates
- Extensive experience utilising Microsoft office package. SAP, OnBase and Strong time management, organizational and numerical skills
