Assistant Showroom Manager

We don't expect you to tick all the boxes, because the right person for the job will be a quick learner and resourceful to succeed in their role. You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer calls, reviewing in-stock and incoming goods, to co-ordinating dispatch of customer orders.

We're hiring for both South Melbourne and Truganina locations

**A bit about you**:

- You love all things interiors and customer service
- You are a problem solver and have high attention to detail
- You love building relationships and coaching a team
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong customer focus and a passionate belief in providing exceptional service
- A highly driven, enthusiastic and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the furniture industry not required.

**Duties include**:

- Lead, own and develop the customer service team members through active, timely and effective coaching
- Improve the customer service experience by constantly assessing and developing service processes, policies and standards
- Ensure the team have most up to date information regarding products and services.
- Problem-solving and liaising cross-functionally on critical issue resolution
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service for all consumer touch points, creating long term customers
- Guide customer's throughout their buying journey.
