As a full time Administrative Assistant, you will provide assistance to our product selection consultants in the delivery of quotes and product detail as well as aiding to  deliver exceptional service to customers of one of the most reputable home builders in NSW – Eden Brae Homes – who Cook's has a proud and longstanding product supply partnership with.

"Studio Eden'' is a state of the art showroom concept under the Eden Brae brand, and it's within Studio Eden you will be based. Along with other highly trusted household name brands, Cook's is well represented within Studio Eden, showcasing the very best when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and laundry products.

As well as working in a stunning and inspiring environment, the convenient Norwest location is within 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro station and other public transport.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Perform administrative duties including data input, communication with the customer and Eden Brae Homes
  • Ensure that follow up and service excellence is maintained
  • Show enthusiasm and a willingness to become the ultimate professional when it comes to delivering expert advice
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation including up to date product displays, showcasing on-trend, functional products that create inspiring solutions

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Determination, with the ability to use your own initiative
  • An energetic and friendly personality, with great presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy
  • A team player attitude
  • Previous plumbing, bathroom & kitchen or building industry experience is advantageous
