**About this role**:
Our client is looking for a passionate, design-driven **Showroom Manager** to lead a small dynamic team in a unique retail environment that combines bespoke and timeless furniture, lighting and interior objects from Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and build the showroom team, being responsible for all aspects of staff management
- Drive the retail sales team to exceed KPI's
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships
- Execute exemplary merchandising standards and store presentation
- Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth communication and processes.

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum five years' experience in a management position (preferably within the design and/or luxury sector)
- Proven track record achieving sales targets & driving growth
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Love of interior design/architecture and furniture
- Proactive and results driven attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff
- Attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- A problem solver who shows initiative every day
