Showroom Consultant Are you passionate about creating exceptional client experiences in the design and renovation industry?
This opportunity will allow you to combine your interpersonal skills, business development ability, and interest in interior design within a highly respected, award-winning organisation.
As a Showroom Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, both over the phone and in person.
You'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their first impressions of the business, qualifying enquiries, booking consultations, and supporting them on their journey toward creating beautiful lifestyle spaces.
This role requires a solid understanding of an entire renovation journey.
From initial consultation, design and detailing through to construction, you'll learn how each stage connects to deliver a seamless, high-quality result.
Key responsibilities include:
· Qualifying leads and booking in-home consultations with the design team.
· Managing client enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
· Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional showroom environment.
· Supporting business development through proactive follow-up and engagement.
· Assisting with showroom presentation, product displays, and client hospitality.
· Providing administrative support, including call management, scheduling, and correspondence.
About you:
· Strong background in customer service, sales, or business development.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
· Ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and build lasting relationships.
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Previous experience in a showroom or interior design environment is highly desirable
· Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Net Suite advantageous but not essential)
