**About You**:
You will thrive in a faced paced environment utilising your HR partnering skills while working with your client group to manage Employee Relations and complex case management. You will use data and analysis to develop and drive agendas with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. You pride yourself on your negotiation and stakeholder engagement and are looking for a role in an organisation with a strong values set.

**About the role role**:
Following an internal secondment we are looking for a new HR Business Partner to manage day to day support and HR advice to people leaders in our operations across NSW and Queensland for 6 months. There are a broad range of matters and issues to manage and you will need to be skilled at prioritising and managing risks and issues. This role will also require to complete analysis and report on people metrics and key performance indicators. Working alongside our current HR Business Partner and the broader HR team you will grow and develop in a high performing team.
