We’re looking for an experienced **People & Culture Business Partner**to play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives, building leadership capability, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
**About the role**
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and HR colleagues to provide expert guidance on a range of people-related initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the T&I people strategy, ensuring that HR solutions align with business objectives and drive real impact.
This role offers a blend of strategic and operational HR responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence senior decision-making while remaining hands-on in supporting managers and employees. With a focus on capability development, talent retention, employee engagement, and workforce planning, you will play a critical role in shaping our people and culture plan.
**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications, related to Human Resources & Industrial Relations desirable
- Strong experience in HR business partnering within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience in the support of IR/ER processes
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
- A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in HR practices
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide pragmatic, people-focused solutions
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
