KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with global HR goals
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
  • Manage HRIS (Workday) and ensure accurate HR reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planning
  • Act as WHS representative and promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Reconciliation Action Plan
  • As a standalone HR role, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR activities, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of e
    xperience in a generalist or HRBP role
    , in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and HR reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • You are comfortable operating independently in a standalone HR position, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
