The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing implementation and maintenance of HR Administration framework that align with our business strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contract and HR Administration
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including responding to employee and manager enquiries, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide tactical advice on process and forms for line managers for employee lifecycle activities.
- Identify opportunities in on-boarding, and off-boarding process including preparing employment contracts and induction material.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing new policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
- Lead project to consolidate HR forms to integrated systems and processes.
- Coordinate Temp to Perm conversions.
- HR invoice and purchase order processing.
- Facilitate Service Award process.
- Imbed consistent centralised approach for HR administration.
- Coordinate HR projects on an operational level.
- Conducting research on topics as requested.
**About you**:
- Highly motivated HR graduate with a tertiary qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline.
- Analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinker, strong initiative.
- Sound administration and organisation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
