Our client, a Global Financial Services organisation is currently looking for an experienced
**HR Coordinator / Administrator **to join their high performing team. Offering autonomy and clear career progression in an innovative culture, this is an opportunity to gain valuable experience within a growing global business.

You will be mentored by the Senior HR Manager and support the team with a range of Human Resources procedures. You will assist with recruitment, employee engagement and learning and development activities, as well as providing advice and respond to queries from staff and external stakeholders regarding all areas of human resources within the company.

You will partner with senior leaders and their teams across the business to support and strengthen the company's position in the market as a great place to work.

This is an
**HR support role** that would suit someone who is
**passionate about company culture and values, **with
**fantastic coordination skills and attention to detail.**

**Skills & experience required**:

- Previous experience in a HR or Recruitment focussed role within a corporate environment
- Ability to manage projects and working towards deadlines in a systematic and coordinated manner
- Exceptional stakeholder skills and an approachable manner to confidently build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box
