Hsiuping University of Science and Technology has an exciting opportunity due to business growth for a Human Resources Officer ready for their next career opportunity. Based at the North Lakes and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this is a business partnering position that is ideal for a passionate and driven human resources professional.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Timely and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture.
- Support the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Hsiuping University of Science and Technology Human Resources yearly plan and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
- Providing support in the management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues.
- Assist in coordinating employee performance review and development plans.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees for the department in which you oversee.
- Management of employee contracts and agreements, liaising with payroll.
- Utilisation of HR systems and reporting.
- Facilitate site onboarding of vocational students, graduate students and apprentices. Liaising with Hsiuping University of Science and Technology Site Representatives providing them guidance and mentoring.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly organised and solutions focused.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead.
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development.

This position is permanent full time, with an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $59,037.53 - $96,582.66 per year
