Do you enjoy being the go-to person? Ready Resources are seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to join one of our clients

This role will be primarily responsible for attending company accommodation for our employees and coordinating key onboarding activities for our overseas employees from the moment they arrive to Perth till the moment they are mobilized to site.
- Confidently handling all office inbound customer service calls and greeting of guests/clients
- General receptionist duties
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as requested
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Responsible for formatting documents for accurate delivery of all client work both electronic and physical
- Assist in preparation of reports, spreadsheets and other documents as required.
- Handling correspondence as required.

About You:

- Ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent computer and document formatting skills
- Experience as a Personal Assistant highly desirable
- Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude
