Real Estate Sales Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Personal Assistant / Sales representative to join the team at Heron Johns First National Real Estate.  This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and organizational support to a top achieving sales Agent/Principal helping to ensure the smooth running of our Boutique office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, home opens on occasion, organize photo shoots and home viewings.
  • Conduct marketing calls to generate new business
  • Maintain and update client database
  • Media marketing and organizing advertising
  • Liaising with Sellers and Buyers
  • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Positive, vibrant and energetic attitude with a passion for real estate
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
