This Global Accounting company based in Perth is seeking an 'on-the-ball' and efficient Personal Assistant to provide high level support to the company. Surrounded by a motivated team of professionals in a modern and large workplace, you will need to be an experienced PA, can show strong initiative, and can think on your feet. Your new role Supporting the Audit and Assurance partners, your role as the PA will be extremely diverse and constantly evolving. Daily, you will be responsible for organising video conferences and events along with performing day-to-day Personal Assistant duties which are but not limited to the following:

- Diary management
- Arranging meetings
- Organising travel arrangements
- Processing expenses, invoices, timesheets, and reports

You will be required to problem solve and think on your feet so you must have strong initiative and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. In addition, you will need to be a natural born organiser with impeccable time management skills. What you’ll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you are someone who has the following experience:

- Experience in supporting multiple executives as a Personal Assistant, in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Excellent time management, communication, organisational skills - Proficient with MS office
- Experience in organising travel arrangements, events, and functions
- Processing monthly expense claims
- Spearheading programs - sending communication, updating database, and sending membership information
- Ad-hoc support tasks required by the team
