**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
- Asset management - from properties to vehicles to boats
- Project management - helping coordinate functions, researching and executing special ad hoc projects & coordinating overseas investment
- Creating & coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating essential lists and records
- Preparing reports, presentations and professional documents
- Running errands as required

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You’ve probably gathered by now this role requires more than just some good juggling skills. You’ll need to have a knack for taking a snapshot of the day, and prioritising tasks. Your emotional intelligence, sharpness and lateral thinking are second to none and maintaining complete confidentiality is a must. Some other essentials are:

- Experience with MS Office Suite
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with experience working with a HNWI advantageous
- The ability to change lanes quickly and efficiently, picking up all the pieces on the way through
- An understanding of finances to provide a snapshot of things that need attention and what can wait
