**About The Role**

Our Waverley Private Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Sessional Suites team.

In this role, you will be involved with meet and greet of patients, reception duties, telephone enquiries, management of patient records, booking patient appointments, processing patient invoices and receipts as well as data entry using various types of software.

You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.

To be successful in this role you will be highly committed to providing excellent service outcomes for all patients, visitors, and doctors.

- Previous reception and/or administration experience
- An interest in a career within the healthcare industry
- Ability to understand and maintain privacy policies and procedures
- A willingness to learn and take on training opportunities
- Ability to adapt under pressure, prioritise and efficiently multi-task responsibilities
- Effectively work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- High level communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Remuneration**

Hourly rate is** $26.85** per hour as the base rate

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
