Q1 Medical is a modern, patient focused GP clinic committed to providing high quality healthcare to our community. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Role Details

  • Hours:

  • Monday – Tuesday: 11:30 AM until close

  • Wednesday – Thursday: 3:00 PM until close
  • Occasional weekend shifts as required
  • Location: Q1 Medical Hoppers Crossing and Melton
Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing appointments and patient records using Best Practice software
  • Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and handling correspondence
  • Processing billings, Medicare claims, and payments accurately
  • Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in using Best Practice medical software (essential)
  • Professional, well-presented, and able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organised with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A team player who thrives in a busy clinic environment
  • Ideally not a student, as we are seeking long-term commitment with a pathway to a permanent position
