**Casual Medical Receptionist - La Trobe St Medical (Melbourne CBD)**:

**About the Role**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Managing phone enquiries and appointment bookings
- Performing general administrative and reception duties
- Collaborating with our Practice Nurse and two GPs

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking individuals who are:

- Reliable, empathetic, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sensitive to the needs of patients, including those experiencing drug dependency or mental health challenges
- Excellent multitaskers with strong communication skills

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 12 months of experience in medical reception
- Proficiency with **Best Practice** software
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in the medical or healthcare field.

**Availability**:
Initial commitment of **one shift per week**, with the possibility of increased hours over time.
