**The role**

You will be a proactive and approachable person who can encourage, develop and nurture the growth of colleagues, and is committed to excellence and innovation.

**The successful applicant will**:

- A minimum of 12 months demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of a range of electronic platforms used with educational contexts and/or SchoolBox (Learning Management System) experience an advantage
- Highly developed computer skill and literacy, with sound skills in Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- An ability to translate, format and present information in a simple, clear, accurate, logical and succinct manner
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Is a creative and critical thinker who is curious, questioning and open to new possibilities
- Possesses an ability and willingness to work collaboratively with other staff on a range of issues
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently without supervision and within a collaborative team environment
- Accountable for their work and their actions and have a high concern for the quality of their own work, reflected in a high attention to accuracy and detail
- Is flexible and has an ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing business environment
- Possess knowledge of Child Safety standards, policies and procedures
- Must hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- National Police History Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
