Builde provides a premium building permit service to a range of clients within the building industry – namely architects, builders and homeowners – across a broad spectrum of residential and commercial projects, both small and large scale.  We are a small, dedicated team and promote an inclusive, fun and easy-going environment, whilst providing a quality service to our clients.

About the Role:

In this broad, hands-on role, you'll take the lead on planning and executing a range of marketing initiatives.  This is a fantastic opportunity to own the full marketing function - working across digital, branding, content, and analytics - while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

• Develop and execute content strategies across our organic social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
• Create engaging EDM's that support campaigns, announcements, and customer journeys.
• Craft clear, compelling copy for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communications.
• Capture and produce quality photo and video content to support storytelling and brand engagement.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google to drive targeted results.
• Coordinate a range of branding and marketing activities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Maintain and update our WordPress website, including publishing blog content and refreshing key pages, as needed.
• Attend site visits with the team to gather content, insights, and real-world material for campaigns.
• Plan and support internal social events, contributing to a positive and connected team culture.

About You:

You're a proactive and creative digital marketer who enjoys working across a broad range of activities and taking ownership of your work.  You bring:

• Broad-based, autonomous marketing experience.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Hands on experience with paid social advertising, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• A solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, advertising, and communication principles.
• Graphic design capability, ideally using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools, such as Sprout or Loomly.
• Competence using Mailchimp, including creating and delivering effective EDM campaigns.
• General analytics and reporting experience, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• A current driver's license, enabling travel to sites for content capture when required.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and take initiative.
• A collaborative mindset, contributing ideas, creativity, and positive energy to the team.
• A genuine passion for digital trends, content, and staying up to date with evolving platforms.
