Stamp Me Loyalty Solutions is an award-winning B2B global loyalty software company. We provide digital loyalty solutions to businesses and brands.

Our loyalty app, Stamp Me, puts the concept of the “Buy 5, Get 1 Free” style loyalty cards onto a mobile phone device. It is used by businesses and their customers all over the world to reward loyalty and drive customer retention.

We also build and manage loyalty platforms for enterprise clients which include many well-known brands including Samsung, Alcon, QV Skincare and Zoetis.

**About the role**

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Loyalty Coordinator to join our small, friendly and fun team based in St Kilda to provide customer service, operational and administration support to various client loyalty programs.

This role will suit a strong graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in a similar or customer service-type role. You must be based in Melbourne.

As a loyalty coordinator, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations of some of our key enterprise loyalty programs which will include:

- Answering customer support queries and problem solving
- Processing receipts via our receipt processing system
- Administration and coordination of various loyalty programs
- Reward fulfilment: organising and dispatching of goods
- Office management including stock management and ordering
- Identifying opportunities for improving our loyalty programs to discuss with the Customer Success or Developments teams
- Provide assistance as required on other projects and for other teams, including Marketing and Customer success

**About you**

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a great work ethic. Training will be provided, but you will need a good attitude and willingness to learn. Additional to this we are looking for someone with:

- Fantastic attention to detail (essential)
- Customer service and/or administration experience (highly regarded as at times, this is a customer and client-facing role)
- Good organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work with technology and Cloud based software including the Google suite of products (particularly Sheets and Documents) and other SaaS products such as Hubspot, Asana and more
- Ability to think laterally and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team where necessary
- Willingness to understanding of our customers, product, services and industry

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
