Web Project Manager
with extensive experience in managing eCommerce website projects to join our team.

About the Role

As a
Web Project Manager
, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce website projects. You will work closely with internal teams, developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of eCommerce & CMS website projects from initial concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, project requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency goals.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the successful implementation of Shopify, WordPress, and Headless CMS solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure quality assurance best practices are followed.
  • Conduct regular project reporting, status updates, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications, APIs, and eCommerce tools.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in web project management within a digital agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, and Headless CMS solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, , Asana, or similar.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, website performance optimisation, and SEO principles is an advantage.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
