About the Role

We're looking for a clear communicator and reliable Marketing Admin and Assistant to support our marketing team with coordination, publishing, and execution tasks. This is an operations-focused role designed to keep our content processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule, upload, and organize content across platforms
  • Manage files, materials, and basic performance data
  • Support livestreams and content updates with internal and outsourced teams
  • Understand the intent behind each task and follow through accurately
  • Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are clearly understood and completed on time

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
  • Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn digital tools and adapt to evolving processes

Nice to Have

  • Interest in digital content, livestreaming, and marketing
  • Experience using tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, or Google Drive
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred for effective collaboration
