**About the Role**

We are on the hunt for a vibrant Catering Coordinator to join our ever-growing social enterprise team at The Little Social.

We want someone that is excited at the opportunity to share their skills and knowledge with the future generation and has the skills to help create a unique and socially conscious experience behind every purchase at The Little Social.

The Catering Coordinator will be the central point of contact for the day-to-day oversight of our catering services. You will also coordinate deliveries, invoicing and building customer retention and vendor relationships. This is the perfect role for a true all-rounder that likes to keep a lot of plates slipping at once

**Location**: The role will work mobile, delivering all offsite catering in our brand-new TLS van

**About you**

You will be a superstar organiser that can provide the highest levels of customer service in a hospitality and catering environment while also loving the back-end admin work, you naturally see how all the pieces fit together.

You are someone that is full of creative ideas, and you have the drive to roll your sleeves up to bring those ideas to life. Problem-solving comes naturally to you and you can draw on your critical thinking skills to come up with a range of solutions when situations arise.

You’re full of creative ways to meet our customers and team members where they are at and believe that engagement shouldn’t be a one size fits all model. You always see the person, not just their immediate situation because you understand that everyone has different needs, and that is okay.

The idea of joining a project at the start, ironing out the kinks as you go fills your cup.

**Key requirements for this role**
- Experience in managing or coordinating service delivery in a hospitality environment
- Passion for social change and an enthusiasm for mentoring disadvantaged young people to help their success
- Team-first approach
- Drivers License

The Little Social is a bespoke coffee bar that brews the finest espresso and empowers young people to lead meaningful lives by providing hands-on skills development and mentoring from industry experts. Each young person has a platform at The Little Social to build self-confidence, gain key employability skills and genuine work experience in a supportive and judgement free environment. The Little Social is powered by Youth Projects - an independent, registered charity who provides front line support to individuals and young people experiencing disadvantage, homelessness, unemployment, alcohol and other drug issues through a range of holistic and wrap around support services.
