In the role of **Portfolio Change Manager**, you will join our **Personal Banking Change and Communications Team** that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Manage a team of change professionals, provide coaching support and capability development to help them grow in their roles.
- Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation and through the lifecycle
- Leverage data and insights to actively manage the change portfolio to ensure smoother delivery of change into Personal Banking.
- Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the portfolio to prioritise, manage and provide updates on the portfolio of change activities
- Lead key continuous improvement initiatives to support and develop the Change Practice.
- Develop and manage a 90 day plan each quarter to drive priorities and focus for the team.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in different environments
- Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
- Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex and changing environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create meaningful insight and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership teams
- Extensive experience in change management delivery,
- Experience in leading and managing a portfolio of projects
- Proven ability in building strong, credible stakeholder relationships at various levels.
