This leading higher education institution is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a large IT Projects Portfolio to work on several initiatives ranging from small technology upgrade projects through to enterprise-wide complex programs. As a Change Manager you will assist in delivering these initiatives with a specific focus on driving quality outcomes and results in terms of business stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.

Your new role will see you responsible for the development of the organisational change management scope, materials/delivery, stakeholder engagement and communications. You will assess stakeholder impacts, formulating the necessary approaches and delivering those activities will be critical to the success of the project/s.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Completion of any required change artefacts and analysis; including stakeholder and change impact assessments, change strategies/plans, stakeholder engagement plans
- Working with the relevant stakeholders to document communications strategies/plans, training strategies/plans, handover/embedding plans, monitoring and reporting
- Designing and/or implementing engagement, communications, learning, training, and performance support solutions/activities/materials
- Facilitating workshops and deliver briefing sessions to small and large audiences (where required)
- Developing and implementing a plan to measure and monitor the various elements of the change initiative (success measures), identify risk areas, and determine appropriate interventions
- Support risks and issues management with the Project Manager
- Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to ensure change solutions are pragmatic, stakeholder/business-led, and deliver quality outcomes

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Change Management within large, complex organisations
- Specific experience in successfully supporting technology/innovation projects advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels
- All-round confidence, experience and skill in end-to-end Communications, and Learning/Training & Development fundamentals
- Ability to work autonomously, own tasks/deadlines, manage priorities, and adapt to moving timeframes
- Ability to strategically plan change activities to support the delivery of project benefits realisation.
- Outstanding levels of productivity in terms of attention to detail, accuracy, time management and speed
