We are looking to hire Change Manager to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross
- functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
Change Manager with extensive Project Manager experience.
- Experience delivering change management activities
- Create actionable deliverable for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience as a project manager is mandatory
