We currently have exciting opportunities for an experienced **Marketing Coordinator **to join our team on a Full
- Time basis based in our support office in **Parramatta.**

The purpose of the role will be to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement a marketing plan. The role will report to the General Manager.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include;**
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities;
- Building the brand through social media;
- Updating and maintaining content within various on-line platforms, including the firm's website, and social media networks;
- Assisting with the delivery of campaigns & post-campaign analysis with particular emphasis on in store activation and events;
- Event Management: campaign cost management, collateral co-ordination.
- Management of company Community Chest & Donation requests;
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects;
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with business objectives;
- Budget Management - To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget;
- To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution for 14 Carlo’s IGA Stores;
- To travel to each supermarket to conduct market research and establish a marketing plan to achieve company objectives;
- Management of the Carlo’s IGA loyalty program and loyalty initiatives for products for Carlo’s IGA;
- Manage the Carlo’s IGA Loyalty Reward cards, answer all customer enquires;
- Attend to customer complaints which come through the online portal;
- Coordinate the design of marketing material and promotional literature;
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership within your role

**Experience/Qualifications required;**
- Strong strategic and tactical marketing ability that will deliver growth in sales revenue, market share and profit objectives;
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Marketing Coordinator position exposure to retail/supermarket environment will be a bonus;
- Experience in driving such as new advertising/communications, promotions, marketing;
- The ability to work effectively across multiple locations, internal functional units and external suppliers to build relationships and make things happen;
- Outstanding people skills;
- Strong vendor negotiations experience;
- Project management experience;
- Extensive experience working with customer data and analytics;
- Passion, energy and self-motivation to drive the Marketing function of the business.
