Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a retail and commercial precinct supporting the marketing activities with a strong community focus. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain excellent experience with a premium brand.

- Report directly to a senior member of the marketing team with the opportunity to learn and develop

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Report to Marketing Manager and work with a Marketing Executive fostering strong collaboration
- Coordinate marketing production tasks with third party contractors ensuring strong communication
- Event and activation coordination
- Assist with implementation of marketing and communication plans
- Social media management duties
- Design traditional and digital marketing collateral (ex: signage)
- Ad hoc administration support to Head of Marketing
- Enhance customer experience with initiatives derived from observation, data collection, customer feedback and team feedback

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, or administrative experience within a corporate environment (Open to Marketing Graduates or Internship experience)
- Retail Property, Fashion, Food, Events, Commercial Property marketing or similar experience is highly regarded
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar beneficial
- Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
