We at Condon Advisory Group are a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing quality advice and guidance in the fields of Forensic, Insolvency and Turnaround Management (FIT).

We offer our clients a service that involves business rescue, dissolution, insolvency, turnaround management, forensic accounting, special investigations and valuations. We focus on turning them around and chartering them on a safe course for their future, whether it’s by guiding them in the right direction, or forensically analysing their situation.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

**We are looking for an individual who has**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing - related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**In this role your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Help maintain our social media presence by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to enquiries.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and insights to optimise marketing efforts.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Help coordinate and participate in functions and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Assist the Administration team when needed.

**Salary**: $43,616.17 - $48,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)
