**Construction Administrator - National Developer**

Our client is large US property developer with a very succesful track record of over 50 years of operation.

They have a growing presence in the Australian market with an impressive number of projects and funding and as a result are growing exponentially across the country.

Currently they require the services and expertise of a Construction Administrator to join their team in Melbourne and work across large scale Residential / Mixed Use projects in Victoria.

As a Construction Administrator working for a Developer your role will be a mixture of Client Side Project Manager, Project Engineering, Contract Administration all whilst working across a live project in Melbourne from early stages right the way through to completion and handover.

**Key Responsibilities of the role are as follows**:

- Site Visits / Surveillance and approval of key site activities / milestones
- Quality Assurance
- Liaison with Contractor / Superintendent
- Defects liability management and approval
- Reporting
- Ensuring the clients interests and expectations are met effciiently and effectively

The ideal candiate is someone who has a can do attitude and has experience in a similar varied environment that possibly wants to move into Development and embraces variety and a busy environment.
