**Description**:
The Role
The Pre-construction Administrator will support project teams during the planning phase. This role ensures smooth communication between design, estimating and contracts while managing timelines, documentation, and progress tracking. By streamlining processes and fostering collaboration, you’ll help set projects up for success before construction begins.
**Responsibilities will include**:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support pre-construction planning and transition to construction;
Assist team with developing cost-effective, compliant project strategies, including value management and risk mitigation;
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure approvals and scopes are ready for handover;
Maintain register of tenders and provide monthly reports;
Monitoring various client portals (Cordells; BCI) and distributing EOI requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders;
Follow up on submitted tenders and provide reports;
Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library;
Develop presentations to a high standard;
Work with Marketing Manager to review and update company marketing material, i.e., Capability Statement, Management Profiles.

**Skills and attributes**:
Minimum 3 years + demonstrated experience in pre-construction, contracts, or document control (desirable);
Familiarity with construction processes and terminology;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement;
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines;
Understanding of compliance, building codes and procurement;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders collaboratively.
