About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimating Administrator to join the Estimating team of this respected builder. This role is pivotal in keeping projects on track, managing and analysing ETOs (Extras to Order) to ensure costs are accurate, processes run smoothly, and communication across departments stays seamless.

You'll play a key part in investigating cost variances, maintaining data accuracy, supporting procurement activities, and liaising with construction, estimating, and accounts teams to keep everything moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process ETOs from start to finish, including categorisation, documentation, supplier input, and reporting
  • Analyse data to identify recurring issues and recommend practical solutions to reduce ETOs
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure pricing and purchase orders are accurate and current in Databuild
  • Support procurement and rebate processes to maintain financial accuracy and alignment
  • Produce timely and accurate reports to assist business decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and streamlining processes
  • Input data using Microsoft excel

About You

  • Estimating experience required
  • Proficiency using excel essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Experience using Databuild or similar systems (highly regarded)
