**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the brand new national office facilities located in Surry Hills. This is a full time role responsible for:

- Coordination and organisation of all aspects of office management
- Providing administrative support to the executive team
- Arranging travel bookings (primarily for our national sales team)
- Assisting the finance team with some bookkeeping and expense management
- Assisting the finance team with account reconciliations and maintenance
- Supporting the executive team and Community Manager in maintaining our positive and fun office culture

You will need to be an enthusiastic and confident self starter and someone who thrives in an ambiguous environment. You will be required to commence in the office between 8.00am-8.30am to ensure the office is ready for the day. No one day is the same

**Skills and experience**
- Recent experience in an executive assistant, travel or office management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for building a great team environment
- Demonstrated ability and passion for delivering customer service excellence
- Ideally have previous experience with Xero and Google Suite
- Experience working in a small business, new venture or startup would be a bonus
