Our client based in Sumner is looking for an experienced office manager to join their team.

The role:

- Accounts receivable / follow up of debtors
- Run end of month customer statements
- Print supplier invoices
- Keep inboxes managed
- Manage quotes
- Account & Bank reconciliations
- Handling initial sales enquiries
- Sales order entry; invoicing; telephone & reception duties
- Liaise with Computer/Software support [some Computer troubleshooting]
- Work closely with all office, warehouse and sales staff
- Manage customer returns and issue credits
- Knowledge of office programs, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- End of day process (excel)
- End of month reporting
- Consignment reporting
- Agency processing and reporting
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Stocktake (June)
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Reconciliation of reports
- Check of incoming goods and bring onto stock system
- Process purchase orders
- Maintain customer database
- Any ad hoc tasks that could occur and which may be required by any team member and could be seasonal and/or cyclical

This role will be working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
