Sales and Hire Coordinator

**The Opportunity**:
This role, which reports to the Regional Manager - Northern, is directly in charge of coordinating new and used sales deliveries and long-term hire of forklifts. This role controls the movement of hire fleet units and handles customer hire enquiries. The job supports a wide range of duties, such as:

- Hire fleet profit maximization
- Invoicing customers and ensuring payment is received
- Weekly batching of new and used equipment
- Preparation of weekly reports on new and used stock to be distributed to ASMs and Branch/Service Managers
- Ensuring forklifts are delivered on time and arranging transport
- Ensuring ASMs complete the appropriate paperwork to inform service and spare parts of work required to be carried out on forklifts for sale/hire (by assisting when necessary with work orders and build sheets)

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Computer and keyboard skills an advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and prioritise.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and oral.
