**About the Role**
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Sales & E-commerce Coordinator to join our Brisbane office. You’ll support customers, manage online product listings, and help drive online sales and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and assist with orders.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Support marketing campaigns and product visuals using Canva or AI tools.
- Report on online sales and suggest improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-4 years’ experience in sales support, inside sales, or e-commerce coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or Odoo).
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Canva or AI tool experience a plus.
- Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable.

**Bonus Skills**
- Knowledge of irrigation, agriculture, or industrial products.
- Understanding of digital advertising or SEO principles.
