**THE POSITION**

Reporting to our Plant Manager the person we seek will have the following skills and qualifications:

- Able to enforce safety rules and develop a safety culture within the team to avoid workplace accidents and incidents.
- Optimise production performance and processes
- Optimise team performance
- Can devise strategies that would help to reduce production costs
- Work hand-in-hand with the management to plan, budget, and control.
- Perform administration
- Manage human resources
- Great leadership and communication skills.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Forward thinker and planner.
- The ability to priorities your workload and work within deadlines.
- The ability to communicate and explain documentation
