We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our promotional products team.
About the Company
Jaybel Office Choice offer businesses tailored solutions for their uniform, promotional products, and custom printing. We have experienced exceptional growth in the past few years and now seeking another a dynamic person to join our promotional products team.
The role
As part of the production and administration team you will be providing support to our customers, working with suppliers and internal teams.
Some daily responsibilities include:
- Processing Orders.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Maintaining System Data.
- Coordinating with Suppliers.
- Communicating with customers.
- Managing workflows.
You
Ideally, you will have previous administration assistant experience with strong organisation, attention to detail, fantastic communication skills with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team. As well as a desire to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Experience in the uniform or promotional sector is advantageous but not essential.
