**With great progression, career development opportunities and the chance to work with the latest technology, a normal day in the role of the RG & C Analyst includes**:

- Facilitate thorough investigations of accounts to identify responsible gambling red flags, contacting customers to facilitate responsible gambling intervention calls/drafting customer correspondence as required
- Conduct detailed analysis of red flag gambling behaviours and trends across broader datasets
- Identify opportunities to develop enhanced responsible gambling reporting, alerting, policy and process
- Draft periodic responsible gambling corporate reports and submissions, including collating data and deriving insights
- Work with the Broader team to address customer disputes - including drafting formal correspondence to the Northern Territory Racing Commission as required
- Continue to educate the Betfair team of Northern Territory Racing Commission compliance and responsible gambling functions

**But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have**:

- Previous experience in the regulatory, compliance or investigative landscape
- A thorough understanding of the regulatory environment Betfair operates in
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including using SQL and/or Excel
- The ability to problem-solve and contribute to commercial and creative outcomes
- Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail & written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and nurturing partnerships and internal cross-functional relationships
