**Safer Gambling Team Manager (Operations)**

The Safer Gambling (SG) Team Manager is responsible for the leadership of our SG Specialists and focuses on managing the running of day-to-day operations as they relate to customer interactions, quality assurance, process improvement and risk management.

**About The Role**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Day to day people leadership including 1:1 performance conversations, regular coaching, call reviews, customer escalations and ongoing training and development.
- Advance and continually optimise the customer care model ensuring specialists deliver accurate and timely intervention/interactions with exceptional quality to the customer profile
- Drive and continuously ensure Sportsbet meet all compliance obligations associated with Safer Gambling, as defined in various sources of regulation, legislation and codes of practice (inc. collaborating with adjacent functions on requirements and assurance)
- Creation and implementation of processes and training and supporting team change activities through communication
- Responsible for operational performance and insights reporting.
