The Senior Officer Industry Education plays a key role in developing, designing, and implementing sector education activities that uplift industry knowledge and compliance, supporting a gambling industry that has integrity, is safe, and is fair.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Qualification in communications, marketing, education or equivalent practical experience developing and delivering learning or informational content.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills with the ability to independently plan and deliver information sessions, briefings or forums.
  • Experience creating digital or self-directed learning materials, such as online modules, videos, or interactive resources for adult or workplace audiences (highly regarded)
  • Experience in complex or regulated environments (desirable)
  • Experience using digital platforms and content creation tools (desirable)
