The Albion Rooftop and Club in South Melbourne are searching for a new Duty Manager to join their team.

A prominent institution with a vibrant history, this spectacular venue sprawls three levels with an incredible rooftop, nightclub, dedicated function level and carefully curated food and drinks.

We are searching for individuals who are willing to lead by example and a hands on approach is essential. Maintaining a high level of service and the day to day operations of the business is a key aspect expected from the successful applicant and experience in a fast paced and high volume environment would be preferred.

The role is predominantly operational hours with a requirement to work a mix of late nights and weekends. The successful applicant will work closely with all full time and casual staff to ensure that KPI’s are achieved.
