Role Description

This role is full-time Duty Manager and located in Wantirna South. As a duty manager at the club you will oversee daily operations, manager staff, ensure member and guest satisfaction, handle issues and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members, guests and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- problem solving and decision making capabilities
- experience in the hospitality industry
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- flexibly in working hours including days, night and weekends

Minimum requirements to apply..

5+ years in the industry

2 years management experience

Gaming license with Mod 4

Current RSA

Tab / Keno accreditations

System knowledge favorable but not essential

- First Aid

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Australia (required)
