Do you have experience in Scheduling Coordination?
This rewarding role coordinates and facilitates the scheduling of employees working with Acquired Injury clients.
This position is for 60.8 hours fortnightly based on Montrose. This position is on a rotating roster between 6am to 5pm, as well as an on call roster.
**What you will be doing in this role**:
- Facilitating workers for all available shifts and fill unplanned shifts;
- Inform management to ensure employee underperformance is addressed;
- Complete data entry and administrative duties;
- Work closely with Human Resources, Service Centre, Service Management and Finance teams to ensure excellence in service delivery;
- Meet KPIs that will contribute to Service Managers monthly reports.

**You must have**:
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements in a fast paced and changing environment;
- Ability to use rostering software effectively;
- Understanding of the principles underpinning good employee relations;
- Proven organisational and time management skills to ensure coordination of client needs with employee schedules;
- Familiar with Tasmania’s geographical layout and/or capacity to acquire knowledge;
- Proven customer service, communication, listening and interpersonal skills to be able to problem solve and liaise with a wide range of internal and external customers;
- Previous experience in and/or community disability and/or aged care support (Desirable);
- Proven administration skills including the ability to complete administrative and document preparation requirements in an efficient, timely and accurate manner;
- Experience in maintaining and operating in environments where information is private and/or of a confidential nature;

The successful applicant will be required to:
- provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment/volunteer category) including NDIS Worker Screening Check
- present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);
- provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
- provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:
- provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.
On commencement the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
