Our client, a national organisation in the utilities industry is seeking a suitably qualified Project Coordinator to coordinate the installation of industrial, medical and scientific gas equipment in a casual capacity. The role covers the full project management scope including quoting/estimation, ordering equipment, scheduling work with customer/relevant tradespeople, handover to customer and finalizing documentation/drawings, etc.

Our client, a national organisation in the utilities industry is seeking a suitably qualified Project Coordinator to coordinate the installation of industrial, medical and scientific gas equipment in a casual capacity.

The role covers the full project management scope including quoting/estimation, ordering equipment, scheduling work with customer/relevant tradespeople, handover to customer and finalizing documentation/drawings, etc.

To be successful in the role, you will have experience in gas related or construction industry environments, and preferably have come from the refrigeration and HVAC areas with some knowledge of installing copper and stainless steel piping. You will have the ability to co-ordinate multiple small projects with both contractors and Service Technicians in various locations and market sectors simultaneously. You will demonstrate your project management skills along with your excellent communication skills.

This role is based in Lutana, but will involve travel out to customers sites. A company car will be available for this travel. A mobile phone and laptop will also be provided.

Hours of work will be between 38 to 45 hours, Monday to Friday.
