We are actively hiring for a "Master Scheduler" to work on significant projects for our esteemed clients.

  • Contract role
  • Excellent pay rates on offer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrated experience working with complex clients, such as large Federal Government clients.
  • Experience managing multiple project streams within complex programs, and they need to possess strong skills in interpreting and working with large, detailed contracts.
  • Effective stakeholder management is crucial, including engagement with senior and demanding clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as experience working in high-pressure environments with large scopes of work.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, project managers, schedulers, test managers, and technical staff, is a must.
  • Have evidence of success in customer-facing roles, including one-on-one and team-based interactions.

Its for working with Australia's biggest telecom's Enterprise customers and requires Technical proficiency, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage program of work scope for projects
  • Creating schedules & reporting that is concise, summarising performance and metrics
  • Data analysis & reporting on schedule of projects
  • Coordinating with cost control
  • Collaborating with project managers providing them with critical path planning perspectives
  • Identify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actions
  • Develops continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participates in execution
  • Develop project plan and scheduling
  • Support the team's schedule change control efforts
  • Interact daily with technical leads, internal stakeholders as well as customer
  • Execute the plans to meet customer required date
  • Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures
  • Maintain reports to reflect scheduling methods, support performance and process procedures
  • Create a valid master schedule in which priority due dates are equal to need dates and planned capacity equals required capacity
  • Develop relevant performance metrics, monitor performance and issue monthly reports
